Cash for Christmas Giveaway 2

1.) Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.

2.) The promoter is EquityGear Qld Pty Ltd ABN 93 114 351 021, Suite 38, Level 3, Ashmore Commercial Centre, 207 Currumburra Road, Ashmore, Qld. 4214 Employees and immediate family members of the promoter, promotional partners, their affiliated companies and persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter. Entry is only available to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

3.) No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem the prizes, just participation in a telephone, on-line, or paper based survey. An entry is only eligible when all requested information on the entry form is completed. Entry forms are to be placed into entry boxes available next to the entry forms of various trade shows, or entries can be completed on-line at www.equitygear.com.au. All entrants must be over 18 years of age to enter.

4.) The competition commences on 04 February, 2008 and closes at 5:00pm EST on 04 December 2008.

5.) All eligible entries received during the period of the competition will go in the draw to win the prize. The prize is $10,000 cash and will be in the form of a crossed Company Cheque. Prize value is in Australian Currency.

6.) The draw for the prize will take place at 12:00pm on Wednesday, 10 December 2008 at the promoter's office Suite 38, Level 3, Ashmore Commercial Centre, 207 Currumburra Road, Ashmore QLD 4214. Winner will be determined by a random computer generated draw and details of the winners will be published in the Australian newspaper on Monday, 15 December, 2008.

7.) All reasonable steps will be taken to notify the winner, however in the event we can not, a redraw will take place at 12 noon, March 10, 2009 at the same location to determine a new winner. In the event of a dispute the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.) All entries become the property of the promoter. Neither the sponsors nor any of the agents are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.

9.) The information on this entry form is being collected by the promoter for the purposes of the advertised promotion and utilization by the promoter. If you win it is a condition of entry you agree to be photographed accepting the prize and agree that the promoter may publish such photographs in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any payment or compensation to you. The promoter may also disclose information collected from entry forms to its related entities and affiliated suppliers for their marketing purposes.
