Cash for Christmas Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Equitygear Qld Pty Ltd ACN 114 351 021, Suite 220, Level 1, The Dolphin Centre, 3113 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise Qld 4217. Employees and immediate family members of the promoter, promotional partners, their affiliated companies and persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter. Entry is only available to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.
4. An entry is only eligible when all requested information on the entry form is completed.
5. The competition commences on 10 January 2007 and closes at 5.00pm EST on 30 November 2007.
6. All eligible entries received during the period of the competition will go in the draw to win the prize. The prize is $10,000 cash. Prize value is in Australian Currency.
7. The draw for the prize will take place at 4.00pm on Tuesday, 4 December 2007 at the promoter's office. Draw will be by random barrel draw by a Justice of the Peace and under Police supervision. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail within 48 hours of the draw and details of the winners will be published in the Australian Financial Review newspaper on Wednesday, 12 December 2007.
8. In the event of a dispute the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. All entries become the property of the promoter.
10. Neither the sponsors nor any of the agents are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.
11. The information on this entry form is being collected by the promoter for the purposes of the advertised promotion and utilization by the promoter. If you win it is a condition of entry you agree to be photographed accepting the prize and agree that the promoter may publish such photographs in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any payment or compensation to you. The promoter may also disclose information collected from entry forms to its related entities and affiliated suppliers for their marketing purposes.
